We had a very special visitor to Kilrickle NS today, all the way from the North Pole ❄️🎅 Santa arrived with lots of cheer and brought gifts for all the children, 🎁😊

The boys and girls had a wonderful trip to the cinema today in Ballinasloe. Everyone really enjoyed watching the classic film Home Alone — lots of laughs, excitement, and festive fun all around! 🎄😂

The children in Mr. Gibbons’ class took part in the Cycle Right programme 🚦. It was a great experience, and the children learned all about the Rules of the Road 🛑 and the importance of staying safe while cycling 🪖🚲.

We’ve created some very festive art with elves 🧝‍♂️, snowmen ⛄, Santas 🎅, reindeer 🦌, hot chocolates ☕, and polar bears 🐻‍❄️

The Junior and Senior Infants have been busy little authors! ✍️💫 As part of the CJ Fallon project “Our Class Book”, they created a wonderful book titled When We Grow Up. ❤️ Each child brought home their very own copy and proudly shared their stories with other pupils in the school. 📖😊

The Boys and Girls have done tremendous work collecting shoeboxes for the Team Hope Christmas Appeal! 🎄🌍 Every year, our students thoughtfully prepare shoeboxes that are sent abroad to children who are less fortunate 💝 A huge well done to all the Boys and Girls for their generosity and effort! 👏⭐ And a heartfelt thank you to our wonderful Parents Association for their support in making this happen. 🤝💗

Our talented young artists have been busy bringing Halloween to life! 🖍️ Using oil pastels and chalk, they created spooky monsters bursting with colour and imagination. 🌈💀 Eerie eyes peek through the bandages as our creative students designed scary mummies — capturing the spooky spirit of Halloween perfectly! 🎃✨ Can you feel them watching? 👀👻

Rían in Second Class gave us a fascinating lesson on how honey is made! He brought in his own hive frame to show the class, and we all got an opportunity to taste the delicious, golden honey. What an amazing and sweet learning experience for everyone! 😋🌻🍯✨
